Is Plumberstock.com a dependable vendor?

Thinking about stocking up on some parts for my Vermont Castings Encore 2550, found a bunch being sold at plumberstock.com with very good prices. Sounds like a family-owned business out of Utah, which I'm all good with. But have been burned in the past so checked reviews quickly, most were good but some definite customer service issues apparently also.

Anybody deal with them? Thanks for sharing your experience.
