I know with regular burning ashes will accumulate on the baffles. I cleaned the chimney and pipes today. I tried to get all the ashes off the baffle on my F3cb but there are still some small amounts in the corners. I’m curious if heavy ashes on the baffles will effect the operation of the stove?

A little ash is fine, but if the ash is heavy enough to restrict or slow down smoke passage then it will effect stove operation.
