Maybe there’s a really tall flue that’ll allow that to work?
 
Wow, that one may be like trying to siphon gas...works fine once you get 'er goin, but startup can be rough! ;lol

Honestly I have burned a stove that was setup kinda like that, and it works fine as long as the chimney is tall enough. I would guess that chimney has no trouble drafting hard enough to make it work.
