Are there any wood inserts with a fresh air intake connection like some of the free standing stoves I believe have?

Sort of how pellet inserts have?

I’m super paranoid of radon so looking to have something draw air preferably right inside the insert if this exists to not cause the negative pressure in my house and increase radon levels

I apologize for my ignorance but I imagine normally an insert will somehow pull air from the front of it?

I’m new to wood stoving

Thank you for your input and kindness
