Live north of Boston and pellet prices are high. Been scouring sites and calling stores for early buy pricing since April. Stumbled across an ad on Craigslist that a local pellet dealer was running a special on blazers for 299 orginally priced at 339 for the first week of June. Pulled the trigger and ordered 3 ton All said and done 3 tons delivered will end up costing me 318 per ton (57 dollar flat delivery). Not getting delivered until September so I wanted to lock in the price and reserve my right to cancel if I saw a better deal. Looks like it's not happening. Newp are selling for 280 a ton where I live and I believe these are also green supreme that I burnt last year and they were absolutely horrible. Never tried blazer however had tried a few bags of okie firs but not going to pay 360. I am thinking the Blazers shouldn't disappoint based on reviews from this site. Is it safe to say I can stop looking and hoping for lower prices at this point seeing we are in the middle of July. This will be my second year burning and still trying to learn the ropes.

looks like stove chows and fireside are selling for 259 a ton in a maine home depot posted by a memeber here. Also another home depot at 299? Making me feel like I locked in a good deal for my blazers if prices are already that high in the off season for those two brands.
