I have a 2005 Santa Fe fs pellet stove that has been my only heat source for my home. It is maintained better than most.
Doing my annual maintenance, I had a split in my fresh air intake so replaced the pipe…that’s when everything went south. I can’t imagine that had anything to do with my problem.
My stove is getting power, upon start up control box blinks in correct intervals. Red call light comes on, combustion fan is turning but nothing else is happening. I have replaced the vacuum switch, auger motor, thermocoupler, door gasket, igniter, snap disk #2 & 3, exhaust blower, checked for blockages and still remains the same.
Any ideas?

Welcome to the forum
Do pellets drop into the burn pot
Check the vac switch hose for a plug or cracked
also, clear the hose nipple on the stove.
Still no pellets bypass the vac switch and again test
Do a dollar bill test on the door seal and ash pan

Auger is not working so no pellets dropping. Have done the dollar bill test and all is good there.
I will try clearing the nipple on the stove. I made sure the hose from the vac switch was clear.

i would say control board is toast. Have you checked the fuse on the back of control board if it has one?

Yes the fuse is fine and I was thinking the control box because I had tried everything else I could think of. I just wasn’t sure because of the light sequence.
I appreciate your input and taking the time to assess my problem.
Have a safe and happy holiday!
