On my 2nd year with our HP 22. Absolutely LOVE it! Can't beat the price, The owner is just a phone call away to help with any settings that need to be adjusted. Have not had any issues, but everyone says that parts ship overnight, and replacement parts are affordable. Heats my 2600 ft2 Cape Cod, use it as our main source, electric baseboard is off at the breakers. Keeps downstairs 74, upstairs 68ish.
