Good morning everyone.

I'd like to clean out my new Ventis 6" Class A chimney for the first time. Is there a secret to removing the plug on the cleanout tee? I looked for info but couldn't find anything about removing the plug. I assumed it would just pull straight out, but only one side pulls down and I can't get the other side unstuck. Then I wondered if I should be rotating it, although I can't seem to rotate it either.
