Hello,
I currently have a pellet stove that is vented through the wall with zero problems. We've been thinking of moving this stove to our finished (semi-below grade) basement. I am thinking about using the current exhaust hole/thimble. Only getting there would require adding an elbow and a horizontal length of about 5 feet. I am concerned that this would be restricting flow? What are the horizontal length restrictions and elbow restrictions anyway? Any good guidance?
