Hello, I am having trouble with my Thelin Parlour 3000 and was unable to find the answers in other forums or the owners manual so I am turning to this thread for help. As of yesterday it was working just fine, but overnight it shut off and now will not start back up. The control panel lights up with the corresponding mode you select, off, low, medium ,etc., but nothing happens at all. While trying to trouble shoot i discovered that the unit will function if the control board is not mounted to the frame. The stove will start up, igniter will heat and pellets will feed but as soon as the machine is assembled correctly nothing works at all. I have tested the rating of a good deal of connections, cleaned it thoroughly by performing yearly maintenance, and everything is connected correctly. I have a tech scheduled to come out but due to the time of year it wont be for a couple weeks. I just don't understand why it would be working then overnight just completely stop, please let me know if you have any suggestions or solutions, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

Mount screws on the mounted board are shorting it to ground. If need be you could leave it dismounted to have heat, but insulate the board so it touches nothing.
