Alrighty folks, I come here in search of help.
I have a Quadra Fire 1000 made in 1990, and it has not been running right for weeks, however most recently it has gotten worse and as the cold is settling in I really need help fixing it.
It’ll start and run thru the whole start up process, it’ll get a flame going and the fans will kick on, it’s runs for a short period of time(22 min at the max) and then shuts off.
I have gone thru and read the troubleshooting manual and tried everything it says, and it still will not run.
When it shuts off, the red and green lights pop up on the control box.
We’ve replaced the thermocouple and cover, weve replaced the igniter, we’ve cleaned out the hopper and the auger feed, ensures the door and pot is sealed, made sure the vacuum line is cleared and not obstructed, vacuumed out the entire inside as well as cleaning out the heat exchanger fins.
Any advice?
