See photo. It's 'annual deep cleaning time' The stove & chimney are all clean and all is ready to go but now the stove mantel frame has a gap & we're unable to get it back into position. How do we fix this? The anchor screws in the back part of the fireplace appear detached from the holes the installer drilled too! I weigh around 120 and my husband is around 154, honestly thought after setting the rail up I could pull the stove out all the way but it derailed so my husband had to help.
🤦‍♀️'Feeling bad I couldn't single handedly do this 'cause my husband has some major back injuries from when he was in the Navy serving tours of duty in Vietnam and I know he's really in pain.
Thanks in advance!
