Hi Everyone,

I have a Heatilator Cab 50 that will not feed pellets. If I bypass the vacuum switch the auger will turn. I have replaced the vacuum switch and the problem still occurs. I have had issues with the thermocouple in the past, so I have replaced this as well, but it did not make a change. I have cleaned inside and out. The gasket around the door looks fine but hasn't been changed. Any ideas what the problem could be or what else I should try? Thanks in advance.

For giggles, make sure you're vacuum switch is wired correctly, should be a normally open and normally closed. If its wired wrong, the switch will be working correctly but when you have the vacuum it will break the circuit instead of closing it.

This sounds like a straight forward issue- clean the exhaust path. That should take care of it, if you bypass the vac switch and auger works.
Is the exhaust blower running normally too? Most likely a cleaning issue.
