I have two Heat And Glo fireplaces that won't stay lit. The primary one I've already changed the pilot and spark igniter, after approximately 18 minutes the furnace turns off automatically. I have a suspicion that the electronics may be so old that they need to be replaced. The units are 17 years old, and they are NOT the style that use a wireless remote.
