Stove hasnt even had a ton burned. Already had a hopper fire ( thank god for web cams ) Burn pot fills up then pellets back up in the hopper auger jams then flames travel up into hopper where they smolder and smoke out the whole house ! Totally took it apart vacuumed everything even took out the exhaust fan and cleaned in there. removed auger and sanded the channel . NOTHING HELPS tried 3 different kinds of pellets okies, lindnetics and green team. still the same

Sometimes being able to make a great woodstove just does not make you able to... Tom doesn't exactly like me but I know that he wouldn't have let it out the door if he thought something like this would happen and that he will take care of it.
