Good Day, after communications with my local dealership, some feedback from Hearthstone. Some folks have had strouble with starting/keeping a fire going in the firebox. Seems there is a possible gasket issue on the LPAO unit. The direction I received was that Hearthstone is sending out a replacement part, if this is your issue. Word from Hearthstone - The LPAO is the same on all three sized stoves. The gasket on the top of the tube may have been pushed too far into the tube and no longer creating a seal. If you are having any issues similar, might be worth looking into.
