Has anyone used the soot eater on a Jotul Rangeley?

Our new house has a very steep pitch metal roof so I am not really wanting to get up there to clean the chimney. I've seen the soot eater mention here but am curios if the rods are flexible enough to work on this particular stove. The front part of the baffle rotates up but the rear portion remains fixed. Anyone had good luck getting the rods to bend a very tight curve or will I be forced to slide the telescoping pipe up and clean from there?

I think that snaking the sooteater through the stove like that will exceed what those rods can do. My Rangely is set up to rear vent into a tee, through which I run the sooteater. If you do have tee, could you disconnect your stovepipe or lner and go in there?
