Have cleaned the whole stove from top to bottom. Fans etc. I haven’t check the pipe outside. I did just notice that the temperature wire in the back was missing. I ordered one from EBay. Can that stop it from running if it is missing?

Try using Stove Mode instead of Room Mode if temperature sensor is missing.
If you are talking about ESP missing then neither mode will work.
If you are talking about ESP missing then neither mode will work.
