Hi...this is a pic of a 2005 Harman Accentra insert that I'm thinking about buying. The stove runs great and the front looks great. But, should I be worried about the rust around the components? Looks like the owner didn't have any moisture prevention in his fireplace setup. I can pick this one up for $500. Thoughts?

It looks to be all surface rust. If you can get the frame sandblasted,
or you have a wire wheel mounted on a hand grinder, you can remove
most or all of it. A coat of Rustoleum & you should be good to go.
The stove body components may require individual attention, but
I wouldn't hesitate...
