THANKS TO ALL FOR THE GOOD INFO REGARDING THE SLOW IGNITION, ESPECIALLY HUGH. I DID THE NORMAL CLEANING TODAY PAYING CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE IGNITER AREA WHICH I HAD NOT DONE BEFORE AND IT LIT IN 3 MINUTES! I HAVE HAD OTHER PELLET STOVES BUT THIS IS MY FIRST HARMAN AND IT SEEMS LIKE EVERY BRAND HAS AN AREA YOU MAY NOT THINK ABOUT. THANKS AGAIN.
