Harman insert: what's wrong with this picture?

Posting for a friend who owns the same Harman model I do (Accentra 52i-TC) but I don't use the wireless sensor, so I don't know what it is supposed to look like when it is working. Her sensor stopped working after a recent cleaning and she's getting an error message that the wireless detector was disconnected. I am trying to save her a service call if it is as simple as reattaching/plugging something back in.
If that's where the wire came from it needs a new crimp connecter

I believe the picture is showing the main power connector. Clearly one wire has severed. The stove should have lost all power like it is unplugged.
She went to a local service shop with the pic and she is hoping they will advise her. I will report back when I know more.
On my accentra that is where the power plug attaches. If she is saying that the display on the stove quit it is because the stove has no power.
