I have a Harman accentra pellet stove insert that has stopped feeding pellets. The auger turns and all lights are lit when turning pellet feed knob to test but no pellets feed. Any suggestions

If the auger turns and you get no pellets
maybe the hopper is empty?

Or perhaps there is a pellet bridge over the auger.

empty the hopper and check for a obstruction in the bottom. you can reach thru the square hole to the left to see if a piece of cardboard or something is blocking the flow. Fines box will not cause blockage of the pellets. If it was full it would impede the auger from turning

All good suggestions above. Also check the the actuator arm that opens the slide plate that feeds the pellets. It is connected to the back of the auger.

Auger motor is a 4 rpm motor. Put in test mode and time the auger. If it takes approx 15 seconds to make 1 turn all that part is working
