I've been having trouble with my Accentra lately. Stove was not burning like it used to. It seemed like it was not getting enough air. I discovered there was a bee's nest in my intake vent. Got that all cleared out to the point where I could see outside when I looked through the vent. Then stove would not ignite. I replaced the igniter. On install, I made sure the plate was on correctly as I've read if it is not, it could obstruct airflow. I cleaned out the exhaust vent again thinking perhaps there was a bee's nest in that vent as well. My stove is pretty spic and span. I also discovered that I must have cut the ESP wire when installing the igniter, so I replaced that. It is not the pellets because my brother-in-law is burning the same pellets, and he said he is getting a ton of ash. My feed rate is on 2 but I have always run it on 2 and got plenty of ash. The stove is running and heating, etc. but the problem that I have now is there is hardly no ash overflow like there used to be so something is not right. I use the stove in addition to assist with the electric heat. I am out of ideas. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
