Hello - I recently installed a brand new Regency GCI60 pellet stove insert. This is our first pellet stove. The pellet stove makes loud noises when dropping pellets. The sound hums and bangs and sounds like a squeaky door opening. I’ll try to attach a video. I believe it could be the agitator or auger. Any thoughts?
