I have a GM60. There is a gasket around the bypass door that keeps flopping down. There doesn't seem to be anything to hold it in place. Any suggestions please?

It's an ongoing problem with the GM series and other hybrid Hearthstones. There are several past threads in this forum on the topic. No solution posted on Hearthstone Tech yet. The longest working solution for some is cleaning out the gasket channel, then applying a thin layer of stove gasket cement to the channel and reinstalling the gasket. One needs to be careful to not use too much cement which could ooze or harden the gasket. Let it set up per instructions before using.
