Hello Fellow Burners,

I'm replacing the glass gasket on my Lopi Liberty, and the manual mentions "glass clip gaskets," but I can't find this product anywhere. The woman at the local stove shop says they just use a generic "felt padding" cut to shape, by which I'm assuming she's talking about some sort of fiberglass padding. Any suggestions on where to find OEM gaskets or a suitable substitute?

I'm surprised by how difficult this little item has been to find, it seems like a lot of ppl simply don't use any insulation behind retainer clips?

Please bestow upon me thy wisdom...

Look for wood stove glass gasket. It's usually 1/16" thick and flat with an adhesive backing.
