Hi Guys its been a while. I really like this little stove worked very good for me last season (1st season).Question before I get started on the take apart and cleaning any input or things you guys would do while replacing & cleaning? Thanks
....i like to spray some dry graphite on the inside of my exhaust blower and on the fan blades it seems to help keeping buildup off the blades and make sunsequent cleanings easier
Mike Iam ordering the early bird, .......I Want it cleaned new gaskets ready for the cold but hope it stays warm LOL.
I bought window gasket material from Englander several years ago. That came with adhesive already on it. I just had to peel the backing off. It went on really slick. I don't know if their door gasket material is the same or not.
Did you buy the stove new last year? I only ask because all the gaskets shouldnt need replacement......
As I posted a while ago, bought the "EarlyBird" gasket set from Englander and it was a VERY easy replacement of the window and door gaskets. Door gasket was very straightforward, and I agree with Subsailor about the window gasket.....the pre-applied adhesive works GREAT!.door gasket is different, comes with a "toothpaste tube" of high temp rtv. still pretty straightforward to install
Used....it's an '04 model.....time for new gaskets, IMO.
