I have an older Jonsered 535 Classic saw, which I think is still dynamite. But I've never changed the fuel filter and think I should. Jonsered parts are as easy to find as three bars of gold. Doesn't Husqvarna make Jonsereds? Is there an equivalent Husqvarna part that would fit my saw?

Thank you.

Yes Jonsereds and Husquvarnas are pretty much the same thing . . . I don't know for sure, but I'm guessing there are parts that are interchangeable . . . stop by a shop selling Huskys and take a look.

If this helps I was just on bailey's . they carry 2 for the jonsereds both are under 4 bucks .

here is a link to a shop that has all the Jonsered parts you will ever need. he is an honest, reputable guy.

Well, it was easy enough finding a standard OEM Husqvarna filter, which was exactly what was in my Jonsered. I didn't look at the fuel line extensively, but what came out of the fuel tank looked ok.

Rich, thanks so much for that link.
