I just got my forge master H140XL last Saturday. I’m having an issue where the dang thing feeds the same amount of pellets regardless of what setting it’s on. I set my thermostat to 60 and it doesn’t shut down no matter if it’s on eco 1 or eco 2. I set it on p4 “which according to the owners manual that’s the lowest feed rate”
It drops pellets the same amount of time as the other p settings. For example I have the thermo set on 60 and my house keeps getting hotter and hotter. I had to turn it off a minute ago cause it got over 80 in here. Any suggestions are appreciated I’m getting really sick of this thing. Thanks.

I would recommend calling the support line and talking to them, if it is not setting error codes the manual isn't very informative.
