have about 34 to 35' of chimney length interior with uninsulated liner should i add key damper.doesn't seem to be a problem ,but could be missing something.suprised that wind actual reaches stove lol nothing major but you see flames flicker

The wind isn't reaching your stove. It is either effecting house pressure and therefore the fire or effecting draft blowing over the top of the chimney. Can you control your stove properly? Meaning keep the flue temps down where they should be and get the burn times your supposed to? If not a key damper will help
 
controlling it isn't a problem,slow burns good flame easy startup.just wondering if it would improve burn times
What pipe temps are you seeing? It may help with burn times
