Looking to find someone who has this stove and knows the right settings for the fans. There is a vent fan and a blower fan and I can’t seem to regulate it so that I have a normal size flame. It’s either too high or too low. I have it on eco 2 p4, the lowest pellet drop rate…. Should my vent fan and blower fan be different and if so by how much and which one should be higher…? Or should they be the same?? The manual is garbage and I’m waiting for customer service to get back to me but in the mean time I’d like to be able to regulate it….
