what are the three buttons supposed to be on for a englander model 25 pdv 6/06

My stove is 2010. I do not know about your year, but mine is 6-4-1.

If I want to burn real slowly, 5-4-1, you know those nights which are too warm to heat the house, but cold enough to not want to burn oil...
I even use 4-4-1 on occasion.
