Extra Wood Storage

Built this grillhouse in 2003 and it now stores the small splits for the grill and pizza oven. The big ones are in the woodshed.

The grillhouse is sweet. How often do you use it?

We use it about 10 times a year. It is great for big parties (burgers & brats) or for a German specialty (Spiesbraten). Spiesbraten is a seasoned pork loin that you can do as a roast or filets. I am totally hooked on its' smoky flavor. Oak is the preferred wood for this.
