error - 9 on my new king pellet 5510 Help

Hi,
I am new here, but used this forum before buying my pellet stove. I have an err-9- message on my control panel. Ran diagnostics and everything worked but the room fan. I checked the room fan, it will run just fine when voltage is supplied. The fuse was not blown either . I would love some insight into this problem. US Stoves only has customer support mon-fri. and the manual only gives you up to error 8. Thanks alot for any help you can give me.

I think I might have traced my error problem to a bad conection in the circuit board. I wiggled the wires that go from the pressure switch to the board and the blower came on and the error went away after resetting the board.If I moved this wire again the problem repeated. I will be contacting US Stoves in the morning. I hope this will help some one with a similar problem. Bye the way have I made a mistake in buying this brand of stove? Reviews did not seem bad. Thanks again, love this forum.
 
To all that have a king pellet 5510. I called US Stoves today and they told me an error 9 is a problem with the control panel. They told me they would ship me a new one out today. So far good customer support. Just wanted to let everyone know since this error is not listed in the owners manual.
