Hi everyone I have a envrio ef3i but it goes out after about 20mins then when I restart it the auger doesn't move at all again not sure what the problem is the snap disc seem to be working I hear it click just wondering if I could get some help

When this happened was the circulation fan running?
Maybe stove over heated and the overheat disc poped
has to be reset by hand (red Button)

Possibly auger motor overheating and stopping... or came loose and not turning auger shaft. That stove is pretty much bullet proof...

Auger spins when I start it up after it runs for 20 mins it stops then the stove goes out and the auger won't turn again when u restart the stove
