Hello--New Enviro user--our stove was working fine for 1+ month--and somehow the pellet type got changed, and we weren't burning it hot enough a few days a week. So, the dealer came down, cleaned our chimney, etc. and started the stove. Later that PM, we turned it up to 4, and still the temperature wouldn't go above 72--it should have been up to over 80--Anyone know what the feed trim setting should be to have adequate pellets coming into the burn pot? Thanks for your input!

Questions
1 Is the stove on a thermostat?
2 what is the stove set on Manual
High/Low
On /off
If no thermostat it has to be set on manual
and a jumper on the thermostat connections on the rear of the stove
If no thermostat and the stove is set on Hi/Low or On/Off it will only
burn in low no matter what you set it at

Hi;
1. No
2. Manual-I am almost certain that the guys wouldn't have changed any jumper settings, although they did disconnect the stove to clean the chimney out.
It was working fine up until a week or so ago--somehow (I think my wife did it by mistake) the pellet type got changed to Regular from Premium. We have since changed it back.
