My enviro M55 will not hold a consistent flame. It has the blowtorch flame. Have reduced the combustion air trim and attempted to check the damper but have not been able to find the solution to the damper. I see the screw head for the damper area but it looks like a fixed metal plate above it and the little area on the side panel that a hole should be is not punched out. No way to change the damper setting. It does have the fresh air unit installed. Could this be drawing in too much air? Barely heats our small living room even when cranked up to 5. It is a 2011 model. The video is the flame with stove set on 4, pellet trim feed on 5 and combustion air on 1. Not sure how to proceed any longer
