Enviro Empress Flashing #2

Good evening everyone! I haven’t posted on here in years, I’m glad to see the forum is still going strong. I am a little stuck and wondering if anyone knows how to troubleshoot the Enviro Empress. I’ve got a flashing #2 light and the stove isn’t running. This just started today. The blowers are working, and I just pulled it out of the fireplace and cleaned out the pipe as well as I could. Gave the stove an overall cleaning. Still no luck. It’s not feeding any pellets at all. I’ve unplugged it and then plugged it back in and as soon as I turn it on all the blowers start blowing. Any help is most appreciated!

Nice to see ya whitetail👍👍 jump the 2 wires on your pressure switch and see if it runs normal. Check the vac hose & barb, ensure they are unobstructed. Let us know how ya make out!

Oh man, I appreciate the reply but ALL of that is way over my head, I don’t know what any of that means unfortunately!

Here is the service manual, see page 36, which tells you
how to do it in fact this manual will help you repair your stove
If you need guidance, there are people here who will get you through
diganoises and repairs, Lots of experience on this forum

Hi - I realize not everybody here with a pellet stove is qualified to do some of this work. Although the stove uses 120V, it is still considered a dangerous voltage. If you have a friend who has added plugs ect to a panel, then that person would be OK to help you. Other than that, please ask questions and watch some utube video's of someone replacing a vacuum switch to get familiar with it. Always unplug the stove before doing anything.
