Englander Stove Missing Date

Hello,
I have an Englander Stove that is missing some stamps.

The manufacturing date should be stamped to the right of the serial number but it is not.
I need this information for insurance.

The model is also not indicated; If anyone can help in any small way I would be very appreciative.
