Englander Pellet stove stuck in SU mode then E 2 error what would be cause?

Which pellet stove model? Is auger feeding pellets? What does fire look like? 25 pdvc senses temperature with thermal sensor attached to back of firebox make sure it is tight, and also plugged in on back of board. Plug is circled in blue in picture. Does fire look big enough to heat up firebox? If not try to manually start with hand sanitizer and barbecue lighter. If fire is having a hard time getting hot, you could have plugged venting not allowing for a clean hot fire. First rule of trouble shooting pellet stove is clean, clean, clean.
