Hello all,

Can't get through to Englander support , been busy all morning, so thought I would check with the pellet stove masters.

Installed 49-TRCPM (10-CPM/whatever) last year. Thanks to all who helped answer my questions going through this process BTW. Bought gasket kit from http://www.englanderstoves.com/store/10-CPM.html and am replacing gaskets.

Installed exactly as existing gasket was installed. Gasket for hopper lid are much thicker than the existing gasket that was on there (existing looked more like the thinner window gasket). Result is that now the lid practically won't close, i can really force it, but it just results in fairly large gaps as the metal torques. Attached pics below.

Thought this would be pretty basic - am I doing something stupid? Side note is that the order page and what I received have PU-HLG as the lopper lid gasket, but the manual has part number AC-GGK.
