my mistake, ive been in search overload trying to hone this thing in. ive read so much people say thise settings work for all levles and some say only 1 and 2. im sure these are great stoves with high heat just need to get it there.Have you blocked off the holes under the burn plate? When you get a good busy flame you get good heat.

Has anyone ever found the answer to why this is happening, all these threads end with no solution. I’m having the exact same issue, Englander stove wont put out heat.
