Just picked up an englander 25-cb120 pellet stove. Did a thorough clean out by removing all old pellets, pulled auger out to make sure nothing is clogged there and replaced even vacuumed b hind the two doors in the fire box. Put a new igniter in for the heck of it. Ran the diagnostic mode and all was good. Combustion fan cam on, room fan, auger turned etc… but it won’t start. Push the on button, asks if burn pot was cleaned, push on combustion fan comes on but that’s it. Does that about ten minutes then stops with failure to start message. Jumped lid switch and pressure switch still nothing. Any suggestions?

Does the auger turn at all after you push on, combustion fan should come on, ignitor should heat up and auger should bump a few pellets into burn pot? Check to see if ignitor came on at all, be careful after stove shuts off stick you hand near fire pot should be hot from the ignitor? Check hopper wire connection on control board.
