Hey everyone, is there anybody out there with an Enerzone Eurostar or euro max that has the codes to access the exhaust blower voltages through the lcd. Stove blows embers out of the pot way too early and is wasting pellets. there is no damper on these as many of you may know. All adjustments made on the lcd make no difference in this matter even when at -10%. Exhaust blower voltage is 118-120 even on low. Cannot get a good sized flame even on higher settings due to excessive draft. Thanks again

Hey thanks for getting back, basically read the manual front to back multiple times over the 3 years I’ve owned this stove and tried every combination of settings and no difference is made, possibly it’s just a design thing with these stoves but the amount of glowing embers being thrown into the ash pan is excessive for sure. Any other stove I would close the damper more until the popcorn it stops but this one doesn’t have a damper so I’m at a loss

I have an Enviro fe 3 which troughs a multitude of sparks every time
pellets are delivered to the burn pot on my stove, it is totally normal
When the sparks become less and less the stove is due for a full cleaning
You may not want to stop the popcorning as this action keeps the burn pot ash-free
If it stops the ash just builds up in the burn pot and you get a dirty burn

Okay that’s kind of what I was thinking at this point as it was starting to have a dirty burn so I fixed the ash pan gasket that was leaking a bit as well as the burnpot gasket, and now it’s back to shooting em out so that makes sense. More airflow through pot. Thank you I’ll check that off my list of things to worry about.
Cheers
