EKO BTU output

I am looking at purchasing an EKO 25 or 40 boiler shortly and am wandering if anyone knows what the BTU output of both these boilers are.

Being a European boiler they do not rate these in BTU/Hour.

I will be wrapping up my entire household heat loss calculations tonight and will have a real good idea as to the BTU/hour required to supply my house, DHW and 380 gallon jacuzzi hot tub.
