Eco-55 lazy flame, bucket spill over before pellets completely burned, rapid soot build up on window and low heat, any suggestions?

hello, I have read multiple threads, found similar but with different brands or models and the suggestion were not always correct for my problems.
I have cleaned everything I could think of, passed the vacuum everywhere I could access, is there a lever or switch that can feed more air in the bucket?

Some questions
How old is the stove?
When was the last full cleaning from air intake to exhaust termination?
Is the stove running on a Thermostat?
Do you have a manual?

yeahn I know the question is multiple faceted, stove is about 4 years old, changed the door lining last week, thinking it had something to do with it, did not do a very big difference. I regularly vacuum every week top to bottom. there is a kind of thermostat, but the moment I try to have it higher, it just feeds more pellets that end up in garbage partially burned du to overfilling too fast. lost the manual 2 years ago.

Are you running an intake for outdoor air? There is an air intake adjustment lever on the right side of the stove under the panel. Have you tried different brands of pellets? Same issue? My guess is your pellets might have high moisture content if everything else is dialled in. My drolet had low heat output and incomplete burn on LacWoods that had been stored outside before I bought them.
