I've used my US Stove Co Pellet stove for a few years with no issues. Recently after about 30 minutes I have been getting E3 error, it shots off and smoke fills the room. It has plenty of pellets, auger is working correctly and I've cleaned it out. What else would be causing this annoying issue?

I am not familiar with that stove or what the error means. However looking at the glass and the soot on the glass I am thinking your stove is not feeding enough air to the burnout.
I know you said you gave it a good cleaning, but did you try the leaf blower trick? I am thinking the exhaust ports or fan maybe clogged.

or horizontal pipe going out the wall, critter screen on the pipe termination. may be a weak exhaust blower.
