I still haven't seen any critters in the stacks, but there are two fewer mice under the pile of spare tarps. And two fewer mice that can try to live with us in the house.

We ALWAYS had a problem with common field mice in the wood piles. Up at the farm it wasn't an issue. Then I stacked wood outside under one of the eaves of the house.

Big mistake, but the cats think it's a load of fun.
