I saw an ad by this fellow a while back and thought to myself "my don't he where them sunglasses so cool!". Anyhow, he's got more photos and is showing his wood expertise with his ad. One things for sure...he's got plenty of splits.

Most people consider a face cord as what 4*8*x .
 
My only question is how often you would need to use your woodburner in Panama City........ :)
 
No, I'd say it's not live oak. It's in to many pieces to still be livin.
