Could anyone identify this insert?

Found this on Craigslist for sale for $250. Looks clean, comes with blower, says everything is in prefect working condition.
It just says lopi stove in the title. I'm thinking based on google searches, that it looks like lopi revere. Is this a good price?

Lopi premier answer series pa3. Probably from the early 90s. One door hinge pin is not all the way down, check carefully for warps or cracks...
